System failure and credits

Failed charged tasks return eligible unexpired credits once. Returning credits is not a cash refund; cash refund requests are reviewed separately.

A task with an unknown upstream submission stays in reconciliation. It is not automatically resubmitted or treated as confirmed failure.

Cash refunds

Cash refunds are a separate order operation. Approved cash refunds revoke the corresponding unused entitlement through the existing billing ledger. There are no real orders in this preview.

Quality concerns and remakes

Appearance is not guaranteed. No unconditional free remake is active. A verified support channel and final commercial review terms are required before purchases open.
